【摘要】目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术对高危前列腺增生部分切除的临床效果和安全性。方法23例且均伴有其他系统疾病患者采用电切术部分切除治疗。结果23例患者手术均成功，排尿功能得到改善。结论前列腺电切术损伤小，安全性高，疗效确切，并发症少，适用于高危患者的治疗。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy and safety of prostatic urethra vaporization electricity cut method (TUVP) treating with high-risk prostate hyperplasia disease.Methods23 cases suffered with other system disease patients using TUVP treatment.ResultsAll patients were perforaned successfully, and the mictufition function were improved. ConclusionTUVP has 1ittle injury，high safety，efficacy precise，and fewer complications，suitable for high-risk patients treatment.
