  【摘要】目的考察喜炎平注射液与头孢菌素类药物配伍的稳定性，指导临床用药。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍液浓度，并观察其外观及pH值变化。结果喜炎平与头孢菌素类药物配伍在6 h内基本稳定，pH值、外观等无显著变化。结论本结论可用于指导临床用药。

 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the compatible stability of Xiyanping and cephalosporin in injection,instructs the clinical medication.MethodsThe changes of appearance and pH value of the mixture were observed and the mass content of injection mixture was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.ResultsNo significant changes of content,appearance and pH value were observed within 6h.ConclusionThe conclusion can use in instructing the clinical medication.
