【摘要】目的探讨缺氧复给氧损伤后脑微血管内皮细胞凋亡的机制。方法脑微血管内皮细胞缺氧复给氧损伤后，采用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡的程度。结果应用毛喉素提高细胞内cAMP和蛋白激酶C抑制剂H7，能明显抑制细胞凋亡。结论细胞凋亡的主要原因是细胞内毛喉素减少和PKC功能增强。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the mechanism of apoptosis after hypoxia-reperfusion oxygen damage the cerebral microvascular endothelial cells.MethodsApoptosis was detected with flow cytometry after hypoxia-reperfusion oxygen damage of the cerebral microvascular endothelial cells.ResultsForskolin, the reagent of elevating cellular content of cAMP and H7,a PKC inhibitor can significantly inhibit apoptosis.ConclusionThe main reasons of apoptosis are the cAMP decrease and PKC increase in cells.
