  【摘要】目的比较解剖型钢板(AP)与锁定钢板(LCP)治疗有移位的跟骨骨折的疗效。方法2005年1月~2011年2月33例跟骨关节内骨折分别行解剖型钢板(AP)与锁定钢板(LCP)内固定，对其疗效进行回顾性分析，比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果所有患者均顺利通过手术，32例足术后获得随访6～24个月(平均13个月)。优良率：解剖型钢板(AP)优良率70.0%，锁定钢板(LCP)优良率91.6%。结论解剖型钢板治疗涉及关节面的有移位的骨折优良率较低，并发症多，解剖型锁定板优良率高，并发症少，统计学分析有显著性差异，可以作为首选。
