  【摘要】X线设备的发展和进步，使原来较为复杂的摄影技术变得简单。检查方法的多样性提高了工作效率和诊断符合率，但也由此出现了X线摄影技术的萎缩，在颅骨影像摄影方面尤其明显。作者统计12个月颅骨摄影检查60例：如眼眶、茎突、颧骨弓等，符合投照要求的34例，欠符合的26例。通过摄影技术要求的对比，对出现问题进行了分析、思考。通过分析问题的发生、内在摄影技术问题和领导对业务技术的重视程度等问题，探索以后工作中发现问题和改进方法的渠道等。
