【摘要】目的探讨高危妊娠妇女产前检查的意义和作用。方法选取2008年4月~2009年10月入住笔者所在医院的332名高危妊娠妇女，将其分为定期产检组与非定期产检组，将两组的新生儿早产率、病死率、死产率畸形、窒息率等临床指标进行比较。同时比较两组产妇的子痫发生率、产后出血情况，及子宫、产道情况及病死率。结果定期产检组新生儿窒息率、早产率、死产率、子痫发生率、子宫破裂发生率及产道损伤发生率相比较，总体疗效产检组新生儿及产妇发生临床指标的比例低于非产检组。结论高危妊娠妇女定期进行产前体检筛查，其母体的临床并发症及新生儿的存活质量好于不定期产检的高危产妇。
