  【摘要】目的了解肺癌化疗患者健康教育需求现状，以便采取有针对性的健康教育，提供个性化护理。方法采取随机抽样法选取136例肺癌首次化疗患者进行健康教育需求的问卷调查。结果肺癌化疗患者对健康教育普遍存在需求，了解治疗方案与治疗效果占需求首位，不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同收入患者对健康教育需求程度不同。结论肺癌化疗患者健康知识缺乏，希望得到检查、治疗、康复指导等健康教育，护士有计划、有针对性地对肺癌化疗患者实施阶段性、个性化的健康教育，才能满足患者的健康需求，全面提高生活质量。
