【摘要】目的分析产妇医院感染的临床特点，为预防和控制医院感染提供依据。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院968例产妇的临床病历。结果产妇医院感染发生率为6.61%；感染部位以泌尿道为主，为43.75%，其次为呼吸道(28.13%)。结论严格无菌操作、加强医院感染的管理可减少产妇医院感染的发生。
