【摘要】目的了解江阴市城区健康人群麻疹免疫水平。方法应用血凝抑制试验(HI)检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果抗体阳性率为90.00%，几何平均滴度倒数(GMRT)为7.61，保护率62.29%。0~1岁组与15岁以上青少年成人保护率、GMRT均较低。结论应关注小月龄婴儿母传抗体不足的问题,同时应建立健全免疫信息系统，提高青少年成人免疫水平。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo understand the immune level of measles in Jiangyin city.MethodsThe hemagglutination inhibition test (HI) was used to detect IgG antibody of measles.ResultsThe positive rate was 90.00%.The GMRT was 7.61.The protection rate was 62.29%.The protection rate and GMRT of the infants yonger than 1 year old and the young adults older than 15-year-old were relatively low.ConclusionWe should concern about the lack of antibodies passed by the mothers in infants.While at the same time,we should establish and perfect the immune system to improve youth-adult immune level ......
