  【摘要】目的探讨X线平片和CT三维重建在外伤性髋关节骨折诊断中的作用。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2007年1月~2010年1月收治的49例外伤性髋关节骨折患者的临床资料，对X线平片及CT三维重建检查上的髋关节骨折情况进行总结观察。结果CT三维重建图像与X线平片诊断准确率比较差异有显著统计学意义；CT三维重建图像对骨折分型的正确检出率明显高于X线平片。结论CT三维重建在髋关节损伤的诊断中具有明显的优越性，是诊断髋关节骨折的有效手段，适合临床广泛应用。
