【摘要】目的探讨标本溶血对部分生化检验结果的影响。方法采用日立7170A型全自动干式生化分析仪，对75例正常人血液标本溶血前后血清中GLU、UREA、CREA、TP、ALB、ALT、AST、TBIL的值进行检测。结果GLU、CREA、TP、ALB、ALT、AST、TBIL在溶血前后有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论标本溶血对法生化一些常用检测项目有明显干扰作用、提示临床护士及生化检验工作者均应十分注意血液标本溶血问题。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the influence of blood specimen hemolysis on the results of chemical-biochemical tests from biochemical analyzer.MethodsWith the serum from 75 healthy people,8 biochemical tests including GLU,UREA,CREA,TP,ALB,ALT,AST and TBIL were made respectively before and after sample hemolysis with an hitachi 7170A full-automatic dry biochemical analyzer.ResultsComparison of the results before and after hemolysis showed a significant difference(P0.05)in UREA.ConclusionSample hemolysis has a significant interference on some common chemical-biochemical tests,which suggests that both clinical nurses and biochemical laboratory technicians should pay more attention to sample hemolysis ......
