【摘要】目的比较三种治疗方法在锁骨中段骨折中的应用疗效。方法对锁骨中段骨折患者采用三种治疗方法，即“8”字绷带外固定、切开复位克氏针内固定及切开复位重建钢板内固定进行治疗，并对并发症、疗效优良率等进行统计学对比。结果重建钢板内固定并发症较少，效果较好。结论重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折效果最佳，符合人体生物力学原理，可推广应用。
