【摘要】目的讨论尿流动力学检查在儿童遗尿症诊治中的重要性。方法对203例遗尿症患儿行尿流动力学检查(测定残余尿、膀胱容量、逼尿肌反射情况、最大尿道压和最大尿道闭合压等)，根据检查结果指导治疗。结果203例中尿流动力学检查结果有一项或一项以上异常的，共有131例，占总数的64.5%；各项记录结果完全正常的，共有72例，占35.5%。结论高敏感性膀胱、低膀胱顺应性、逼尿肌不稳定收缩、残余尿增加是遗尿患儿尿流动力学检查异常的典型表现，尿流动力学检查可为临床治疗提供指导和依据。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the value of urodynamic examination in the diagnosis of enuresis.Methods203 children with enuresis were included in the study,urodynamic examination such as residual urine, capacity of the bladder,detrusor muscle reflexion, maximal urethral pressure and maximal urethral closure pressure were operated. And guidance was made after the investigation.ResultsThere was a total of 131 cases existing at lest an item abnormal in the urodynamic examination, and the rate is 64.5% of the total. The records of the remaining 72 cases were completed normal.ConclusionHypersensitivity-bladder, low compliance-bladder,detrusor muscle instability,the increasing residual urine were the typical manifestations of the children with enuresis in the urodynamic examination ......
