【摘要】目的探讨影响输尿管上段结石治疗效果的相关因素。方法对235例患有输尿管上段结石的患者进行了泌尿方面的系统检查，经体外冲击波碎石疗法(ESWL)、逆行输尿管镜(URL)、微创经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)以及后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术(RLU)的资料进行了分析，对各种可能的影响疗效的相关因素进行分析。结果ESWL疗法中，排石的取净率与性别、体位无关(P>0.05)。结石≤1 cm的输尿管上段结石首选ESWL治疗(P1 cm应选用URL或PCNL治疗，PCNL治疗的结石取净率更高。多发或多个肾盏结石及较大鹿角形结石推选RLU，均与性别、结石大小无直接联系。结论治疗输尿管上段结石的方法较多，但为了提高治愈率，应根据患者具体情况、临床需求及医院的实际情况选择治疗方案。
