  【摘要】目的由于剖宫率的逐年上升(笔者所在医院1999年13.25%,2010年52.3%)，探讨无痛分娩给产妇带来的好处。方法选择笔者所在医院2010年1～11月在产科行阴道分娩的产妇300例进行分娩镇痛。结果提高，产时保健质量，大大降低了因社会因素的剖宫产率。结论分娩镇痛能提高产时保健质量，改善母婴健康水平，值得在临床应用推广。
