  【摘要】目的研究社区老人切口感染庆大霉素湿敷疗效对比观察。方法治疗组早期发现感染后给予拆除部分缝线(如果切口炎症重，则全部拆除缝线)后用庆大霉素加生理盐水湿敷换药；对照组在发现切口局部有红肿表现时给予拆除部分缝线(如果切口炎症重，则全部拆除缝线)后用活力碘溶液配制纱条引流换药，炎症控制后改用凡士林纱条刺激肉芽组织生长直到创面愈合。结果两组在控制炎症反应上没有明显的差异性，但在缩短愈合时间上治疗组与对照组之间有明显的统计学差异性。结论社区老人切口感染庆大霉素湿敷疗效肯定，比传统换药组有治疗优势。
