  【摘要】目的探讨早发型重度子痫前期期待治疗的临床效果。方法笔者所在医院2008年3月～2011年3月共收治早发型重度子痫前期患者54例，将54例患者随机分为分期待治疗组27例和非期待治疗组27例，比较两组患者期待治疗的母婴结局。结果期待治疗组新生儿出生体质量高于非期待治疗组，早期新生儿病死率低于非期待治疗组，患者术后并发症发生率低于非期待治疗组的，以上各项两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)，表明并未增加肾脏损害。结论早发型重度子痫前期严重影响母婴预后，对早发型重度子痫前期进行有效的保守治疗，有助于改善母儿结局。
