  【摘要】目的观察和分析麻醉后引发呼吸道感染的临床特征，为麻醉后下呼吸道感染的预防和治疗提供临床依据。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2009年1月～2010年1月在麻醉手术后的呼吸道感染病例资料，共63例，重点对患者的年龄、性别、感染特点及用药情况等进行统计分析。结果全身麻醉术后引发呼吸道感染发生率明显高于其他麻醉方式，神经外科麻醉后呼吸道感染发生率高于胸、心血管外科和肝胆外科，60岁以上高龄患者较其他年龄段更易于术后发生下呼吸道感染。结论针对麻醉后手术呼吸道感染的特点，提出相应的对策和预防措施，是降低麻醉手术后呼吸道感染发生率的关键。
