  【摘要】目的评价经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)联合羟基喜树碱或吡柔比星膀胱内灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌的疗效。方法36例浅表性膀胱癌患者行TURBt术，其中22例术后1周开始行吡柔比星膀胱灌注，另外14例行羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注化疗，定期复查B超和膀胱镜，随访3年观察肿瘤的复发率。结果吡柔比星化疗1例失访，其余21例患者术后3年、5年的肿瘤复发率分别为19.05%、28.57%；14例行羟基喜树碱灌注后3年、5年时的肿瘤复发率分别为21.43%、42.85%。结论吡柔比星与羟基喜树碱对浅表性膀胱癌的疗效确切，无明显差异性，均可有效降低膀胱癌的近期复发率。
