【摘要】目的探讨哪些药物易致双硫仑样反应，为临床诊治提供参考。方法对56例药物致双硫仑样反应病例进行回顾性分析。结果药物致双硫仑样反应中涉及的药物与含醇制品种类虽多，但以中青年患者使用了头孢哌酮后饮用白酒而发病为主。结论

 药物致双硫仑样反应与药物和含醇制品在体内的代谢途径有关，临床诊治中应高度重视，以预防宣传为主，防止误诊。
