【摘要】目的通过基层医院产前超声筛查认识胎儿畸形检出的影响因素。方法使用西门子premier及百胜AU4彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，按常规系统产前超声筛查孕妇14 026例。结果超声诊断胎儿畸形并经出生或尸检证实的25例。结论胎儿畸形的产前超声声像图种类繁多，基层医生应提高警惕，加强系统培训。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo detect influencing factors which contribute to the positive findings of fetal abnormalities in basic-level hospital prenatal ultrasonographic screening.MethodsRetrospective analysis of 14 026 fetus who under went general prenatal ultrasonographic screening by using color Doppler ultrasound instruments of SONOLINE Premier (Siemens) and AU4 (Biosound).Results25 cases of ultrasound diagnosed fetal abnormalities were confirmed with birth or autopsy.ConclusionSince characteristics of fetal prenatal ultrasonographic abnormalities could be quite different from each other, basic-level hospital doctors should keep them in mind and pay more attention to systematic training ......
