【摘要】目的评价药物对真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法对85例(眼)真菌性角膜溃疡患者采用局部、全身药物治疗，总结药物治疗对真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效。结果经系统药物治疗,85例(眼)患者治愈42眼，好转25眼，无效18眼。结论药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡是非常有效的方法，需全身联合局部使用，并辅助局部创面清理，对药物治疗无效患者采取角膜移植手术治疗。

 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate the drug to the curative effect of fungal corneal ulceration.Methods85 cases (eyes) of fungal corneal ulceration were treated by partial, systemic drug therapy,Concluding the medical treatment effect of fungal corneal ulcer.ResultsAfter Systemic drug therapy ,85 cases (eyes) patients were cured 42 eyes,25 eyes were improved,18 eyes were no response to thetreatment.ConclusionDrug treatment of fungal corneal ulceration is very effective methods, need to systemic joint local use,and aided local wound cleaning of drug therapies, patients take cornea transplant surgery.
