  【摘要】目的探讨改良非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术(TVH)的安全性、优越性。方法选择改良非脱垂子宫经阴道子宫切除术(TVH)36例，与同期指征相同的经腹子宫切除术(TAH)42例进行对比分析。结果TVH组手术均成功，术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、术后病率、住院时间均小于TAH组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论改良非脱垂阴式子宫切除术是安全可靠、微创的手术方式，值得推广应用。
