【摘要】随着蛋白质组学技术的不断发展，在疾病的发生、发展以及预后发挥着重要作用的膜蛋白受到越来越多的关注。然而，细胞质膜蛋白的丰度低、疏水性强和水溶性不好的特点，始终是阻碍着膜蛋白质组学研究取得更大进展的难题。本文对膜蛋白的富集、纯化、增溶以及分离和鉴定方法进行综述。
