【摘要】中医药学是中国传统文化的瑰宝，中医文化是中医药学的根基，体现了中医药学的本质。近年来，随着中医药对外教育事业的发展，留学生预科教育的重要性日益明显。本文针对中医药学与中国传统文化的关系，结合留学生对中医文化的理解障碍，提出“以文化解读中医”的理念，尝试探讨针对留学生的中医文化教学新模式，最终完善中医院校留学生预科教育，提升中国传统医学在国际上的影响。
