【摘要】目的探讨心率变异性时域指标在儿童心脏神经官能症中的临床意义。方法采用动态心电图，结合时域方法，对25例心脏神经官能症患儿和23例正常儿童进行心率变异性(HRV)分析。结果24 h rMSSD观察组低于对照组，两组比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论心脏神经官能症患儿迷走神经活性减低。
