【摘要】目的报告采用钛金属假体置换治疗桡骨小头严重粉碎性骨折的早期疗效。方法本组12例桡骨小头骨折为严重粉碎性骨折，均采用美国瑞特公司生产的生物型Swanson钛金属桡骨小头假体置换治疗。结果患者全部得到了随访，随访3～18个月，平均随访10个月，按照Broberg和Morrey的肘关节功能评分标准进行评分，优7例，良3例，中2例，差0例。结论钛金属桡骨小头假体置换治疗桡骨小头严重粉碎性骨折的优良率高，其远期疗效需要进一步探讨和随访。
