【摘要】当生物面临各种病理及环境压力胁迫时,细胞内的分子伴侣能够辅助蛋白质的正确折叠。近年来的研究表明,分子伴侣如Hsp70和Hsp90的生物功能的发挥受到各种辅助伴侣分子的调控。磷酸化应激诱导蛋白(stress-inducible protein 1, stip1)是迄今为止研究最为广泛的辅助伴侣分子,它能够直接与Hsp70和Hsp90相结合,并且作为连接体分子,把细胞质中的Hsp70-client蛋白复合物转运到Hsp90上。更为重要的是,stip1与多种癌症、衰老及雄性生殖关系密切,它可能参与了生物体内复杂的信号调控通路。本文将对stip1的发现、结构特点及生物学功能做一概述。

Update of the studies on stress-inducible protein 1 LI Yan , LI Jian-yuan.Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital, Yantai 264000,China
【Abstract】Molecular chaperones facilitate the correct folding of other proteins under various physiological and stress conditions. Recent studies have revealed that various co-chaperone proteins can regulate the cellular functions of chaperones, such as Hsp70 and Hsp90. Stress-inducible protein 1 (stip1) is one of the most extensively studied co-chaperones which associates with Hsp70 and Hsp90 directly and thus functions primarily as an adaptor to direct Hsp90 to Hsp70-client protein complexes in the cytoplasm. More importantly, stip1 is also closely related to various cancers, aging and male reproduction, suggesting that it may participate in complicated signal regulation pathway. This review will summarize the discovery, structure characteristics as well as biological functions of stip1. ......
