【摘要】目的比较美宝纱条与凡士林纱条对窦道填塞的效果。方法治疗组30例使用美宝油纱条填塞窦道，对照组30例使用凡士林油纱条填塞窦道。结果治疗组窦道平均愈合时间4.53 d，对照组窦道平均愈合时间7.66 d，部分有渗液、红肿、皮肤溃疡。结论美宝油纱条效果明显优于凡士林油纱条，更适合窦道填塞。
