【摘要】目的探讨肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的CT表现，提高对嗜铬细胞瘤的CT诊断率。方法对20例经病理证实的嗜铬细胞瘤患者的CT资料的进行回顾分析。结果20例共20个肿块，肿瘤瘤体大多较大，肿块密度均匀3例，不均17例,伴囊变17例，伴钙化3例，增强肿块实性部分明显强化。18例均伴血儿茶酚胺异常，2例血儿茶酚胺正常。结论肾上腺较大肿块明显不均强化，综合临床症状及生化检查，提示嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate the CT features of adrenal gland pheochromocytoma and improve CT diagnosis rate.MethodsTwenty paitiengs with pheochromocytoma identified by pathology.ResultsThere were 20 masses in 20 cases, most were big, the density of 3 cases were uniformity，cystic degeneration in 17 cases,calcification in 3 cases,all cases enhanced obviously,heterogeneously or homogneous.Biood catecholamine of 18 cases were increased and 2 cases were normal.ConclusionIf there is a big mass in adrenal gland region with siginificant heterogeneous enhancement,while combining with clinical syptom and biochemistry check would help to diagnose the adrenal pheochromocytoma ......
