【摘要】目的运用电视胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗自发性气胸，探讨其手术方法及疗效。方法回顾分析42例自发性气胸患者的临床资料，患者接受胸腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗。结果42例无中转开胸，无手术死亡。术后住院3～16 d，平均6 d，均治愈，随访3个月~3年，未见复发。结论运用电视胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗自发性气胸具有安全、微创、疗效好、性价比高等优点，值得临床推广应用。

 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo review our experience of applying video assisted mini thoracotomy(VAMT) in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax and explore its techniques and therapeutic effect.MethodsA group of 42 cases were selected,all the cases underwent videoassisted mini thoracotomy to treat spontaneous pneumothorax.ResultsAll the 42 cases recovered after operation,there were no deaths. The average postoperative hospitalization was six days(range 3-16 d).The followup ranged from 3 months to 3 years,no patient was reccurrence.ConclusionVAMT is characteristic of high security,minimal invasion,better therapeutic effect and high cost performance,which is worthfurther clinical application. ......
