  【摘要】目的观察血栓通注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性加重的临床疗效。方法将75例入选患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用血栓通。结果观察组的显效率和总有效率显著高于对照组。两组治疗后肺动脉压、血气分析指标均较治疗前明显改善，治疗组优于对照组。结论血栓通能降低肺动脉压，改善血气分析，对治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期有良好疗效。
