【摘要】目的探讨超声诊断脂肪肝的应用价值,为早期诊断脂肪肝提供方法。方法对健康体检中筛选出的62例脂肪肝患者结果进行分析。结果在参加体检275例人群中检查出脂肪肝62例，发生率为22.5%；其中男性48例,发生率为17.5%,女性14例,发生率为5.1%。男性发病率高于女性。40岁以下165例,检出38例,检出率为23.0%；40岁以上110例,检出24例,检出率为21.8%。结论超声显像诊断脂肪肝准确率高,有重要的临床意义。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the application of ultrasound diagnosis of fatty liver value,and provides methods for early diagnosis of fatty liver.MethodsThe screening physical examination in 62 patients with fatty liver were analyzed.Results275 patients attending the medical examination to check the crowd out of 62 cases of fatty liver,the occurrence rate was 22.5%;48 patients were male,the rate was 17.5%,female 14 cases,the rate was 5.1%.High incidence of male to female.165 patients 40 years of age,38 cases were detected,the detection rate was 23.0%;40 years of age in 110 cases detected in 24 cases,the detection rate was 21.8%.ConclusionUltrasound imaging in diagnosis of fatty liver,high accuracy,has important clinical significance.
