【摘要】目的探讨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全、有效的治疗方案。方法中药熥疗法结合中药关节腔内注射，治疗1~2疗程后，随访观察疗效。结果中药熥疗法结合中药关节腔内注射总有效率93%。结论两种方法结合治疗骨性关节炎，在临床上达到有效的治疗目的，未见全身性毒副反应，值得临床上推广。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo assess the shorc-term and long-term therapeutic.effect of warming needle moxibustion for treatment of knee osteoarthritis.MethodsHeat up by Chinese medical steaming combine with intra-articular injection therapy, after 1-2 treatments, then observed the effects.ResultsHeat up by Chinese medical, steaming combine with inera-articular injection therapy, the total efficiency is 93%.ConclusionThe combination of two treatments of osteoarthritis can achieve effective treatment in the clinical objective, there is no systemic toxicity, is can be spreaded by clinical practice.
