【摘要】目的建立脑血栓片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对该片中丹参、红花、桃仁等有效成分进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法测定芍药苷的含量。结果TLC色谱中均能明显地检出丹参、红花、桃仁；芍药苷在0.108～0.648 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99995)，平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.23%(RSD为1.08%)。结论本法简便，可靠准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。
