【摘要】目的探讨急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎的治疗方法。方法对36例患者治疗方法和治疗效果进行回顾性分析和总结。结果36例患者中，1例死亡，病死率为2.8%；35例治愈，治愈率为97.2%。结论急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎的早期判断,手术的充分扩容治疗及手术时机与手术方式的掌握,是减少并发症和降低病死率的关键。

 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo summarize the experience of treatment to acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis(AOSC).MethodsThe clinical data of 36 cases of AOSC were retrospectively analyzed.Results36 cases were subjected to opertation and conservative therapy.There was one death and thirty-five cured.The mortality rate is 2.8% and the cure rate is 97.2%.ConclusionEarly diagnosed and well management before operation and selecting the operative timing are the key to reducing complications and mortality rate.
