【摘要】 幽门螺杆菌是引起慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、MALT及胃癌相关的最重要的病原体。关于幽门螺杆菌的致病机制一直以来是研究的热点，幽门螺杆菌的毒力基因对疾病的转归具有重要的影响。本文对近年来关于幽门螺杆菌最主要的两个毒力基因cagA和vacA的分子分型和流行病学调查作一综述，以对其致病机制有更加系统深入的认识。
