【摘要】 目的：加强医院感染管理，有效预防和控制医院感染的发生，保障医疗安全。方法：采用环境卫生学和消毒药械效能消毒监测，建立风险度的数学模型。结果：空气样本合格率81.1%，物体表面样本合格率91.4%，工作人员手的合格率85.6%，紫外线灯的合格率89.7%。据RC=Σ(JiXi)，计算24家医院的RC为(4，22)。结论：采用消毒监测对风险度评估简单、客观。
