【摘要】 目的：了解笔者所在医院各社康站不合格检验标本产生的原因，为制订相应的整改措施提供依据。方法：收集检验科拒收的69份不合格检验标本的信息。按照拒收原因进行分类，分析各种检验项目中出现不合格标本的例数。结果：69份不合格标本分为7类，其中标本溶血、标本凝固、标本量少、标本送检不及时居不合格率的前4位。结论：应完善标本采集、规范操作与运送的流程，以减少不合格标本的发生。
