当前位置: 首页 期刊 《中外医学研究》 2012年第11期 编号：13180173 3例左氧氟沙星中枢不良反应分析 http://www.100md.com 2012年4月15日 《中外医学研究》 2012年第11期 中枢神经系统,老年,合理用药   【摘要】 目的：总结3例左氧氟沙星引起的老年患者中枢神经系统不良反应诊治，以加强药物的合理应用。方法：回顾2010-2011年笔者所在医院发现的3例左氧氟沙星注射液引起的中枢神经系统不良反应及其处理措施。结果：3例老年患者的中枢神经系统反应和精神障碍系由左氧氟沙星注射液引起的不良反应，停用左氧氟沙星，对症处理后痊愈。结论：老年患者使用左氧氟沙星需谨慎，并注意调整用量。
