【摘要】 许多心血管疾病在早期即可对心脏舒张功能产生影响，因而了解心脏舒张功能的变化对临床诊断和治疗具有重大意义。心脏超声技术是临床最常用的左室舒张功能无创检查方法。随着临床的应用和研究的深入，心脏超声技术有着长足的进步，本文对心脏超声技术评价左室舒张功能各种方法的研究现状作一综述。
