  【摘要】目的探讨急性脑梗死合并上消化道出血的原因。方法对52例急性脑梗死合并上消化道出血患者年龄、意识、障碍、病程、出血量进行比较分析。结果年龄大、意识障碍重发病率高，病灶位于脑干发病率高；临床上多在病程10天以内出现出血，且多为少量出血；发病与凝血机制无关。结论上消化道出血是急性脑梗死的常见并发症之一，年龄越大，意识障碍越重，发生率越高。发病与应激性溃疡有关。

 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the cause of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods52 patients with acute cerebral infarction and gastrointestinal bleeding were analyzed with respects to their age,consciousness,disturbance,pathogenesis and bleeding volume.ResultsThe incidence of bleeding are related with older,disturbance of consciousness,lesion in brainstem.The bleeding is fewer and occurd within 10 days.The bleeding has nothing to do with blood coagulation mechanism.ConclusionAs a major complication of acute cerebral infarction,upper gastrointestinal bleeding occurs more in patients with higher age and more conscious disturbance ......
