 【摘要】目的干化学法、尿沉渣分析仪与尿沉渣镜检联合运用对尿液中红细胞、白细胞检测的重要性。方法对600例患者的尿液标本进行尿沉渣分析、干化学分析和显微镜检，并进行比较。结果尿干化学分析法、手工沉渣镜检法、尿沉渣分析法对白细胞的检测阳性率分别为25.2%、31.2%、33.5%，红细胞的检测阳性率分别为43.2%、33.0%、35.2%，干化学法与两种沉渣镜检法之间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论尿沉渣分析仪、干化学法与显微镜镜检联合应用,可以提高检测精确度。
