  【摘要】目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在弥漫性甲状腺疾病中的诊断价值。方法对120例经临床证实的弥漫性甲状腺疾病患者的声像图进行分析，并与正常组(30例)的声像图进行对照。结果不同的弥漫性甲状腺疾病的高频彩色多普勒超声表现具有不同特征，与正常组比较具有显著性差异。结论高频二维超声联合彩色多普勒技术对弥漫性甲状腺疾病具有较高的诊断价值。
