【摘要】目的将鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术与传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术进行对比分析，探讨其优缺点。方法2007年1月~2011年1月期间笔者所在医院收治的80例慢性泪囊炎患者为研究对象，将42例行鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术的患者作为观察组，38例行传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术的患者作为对照组，住院观察并随访3个月~1年，观察治愈率、治疗有效率及并发症的发生率。结果观察组治愈38例，好转4例，治愈率为90.48%，治疗有效率为100%，无术后并发症发生；对照组治愈33例，好转4例，无效1例，治愈率为86.84%，治疗有效率为97.37%，1例复发，复发率为2.63%。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术具有手术创伤小、不留瘢痕、术后恢复快、泪囊冲洗通畅率高等优点，治愈率较高，但此手术方法对手术者的操作技术要求较高，需要术者熟悉鼻腔及泪囊的解剖结构。
