【摘要】目的调查阳江市市区学生乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)感染血清标志物的特征，为今后预防控制乙肝提供依据。方法在阳江市市区的中小学校按自愿检测原则，现场采集血标本，用酶联免疫吸附试验检测乙肝病毒血清学标志物。结果HBsAg、抗-HBc、HBV阳性率均随年龄增长呈上升趋势，差异有统计学意义；男女之间的HBsAg、抗-HBc、抗-HBs、HBV阳性率差异也有统计学意义；HBV易感率以10～14岁年龄段最高，15～19岁年龄段最低，各年龄段的差异有统计学意义(χ2=58.98,P=0.00)。结论阳江市市区中小学生乙肝病毒感染率低于全国总体水平，应及时做好乙肝疫苗的查漏补种。
