  【摘要】目的分析患者尿路感染的病原菌分布及耐药性情况，为临床合理用药和控制医院感染提供依据。方法对2009年1月~2011年6月尿液培养阳性的152株病原菌的鉴定及药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果病原菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主，共85株(55.92%)，其中大肠埃希菌56株(36.84%)；革兰氏阳性杆菌39株(25.66%)，其中凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌20株(13.16%)；真菌28株(18.42%)。细菌的耐药性普遍较高。结论尿路感染病原菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主，大肠埃希菌是泌尿系统感染最常见的病原菌,引起尿路感染的病原菌常为多药耐药；对尿路感染患者及早进行尿培养及药物敏感试验,对指导临床合理用药，减少多重耐药菌产生具有重要意义。
