【摘要】目的对比十二指肠溃疡穿孔开腹修补及腹腔镜修补术临床效果。方法对2009年1月~2011年1月在本院采用传统开腹修补及微创式腹腔镜下修补的十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的临床效果进行对比。结果腹腔镜组患者的住院时间、术后肠蠕动回复时间、术后并发症及术后镇痛状况均比开腹组明显减少；手术时间没有明显差异、住院费用没有明显增高。结论腹腔镜十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术创伤小、并发症少、恢复快，费用相对不是很高，并可以有效诊断病情，值得临床推广。
