【摘要】目的分析活动性出血血透患者采用无肝素透析的护理体会。方法笔者所在医院2008年1月～2010年12月共对21例活动性出血患者进行的无肝素血液透析38例次，收集相关资料进行进一步的总结经验。结果21例患者顺利完成38例次的无肝素血液透析。透析器Ⅱ级凝血8例次，Ⅲ级凝血1例次，更换透析器，完成治疗。患者在透析后临床未出现新的出血情况及出血加重血小板值(PLT)无明显变化。结论活动性出血血透患者采用无肝素透析配合护理干预在提高透析安全的情况下又保证了透析质量。
