  【摘要】目的探讨全麻联合硬膜外麻醉在腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)中的麻醉效果。方法60例行LA手术的患者随机分两组，A组30例行静脉复合全麻联合硬膜外麻醉，B组30例仅行静脉复合全麻。观察两组患者的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、呼气末二氧化碳分压(PETCO2)及清醒时间和清醒质量。结果A组全麻用药量明显少于B组，清醒时间和清醒质量明显优于B组。结论全麻联合硬膜外麻醉是LA手术安全有效的麻醉方法。
